The story was well worked out and things fit in nicely that I got to focus on the characters relationship which was the highlight here. Readers with or without prior knowledge of these units will find this information useful. How does she get the time to lead these lives. There are scenes in this novel reminiscent of Tolkien, as raw and gritty a dramatization of a man's reduction to an animalistic state and triumphant reemergence from it as I can remember.
