To both authors, to all who have contributed to the saga that is concluded herein, I say whole-heartedly, thank you. It was still a great book with a lot of action and heart. (I ended up using this book thrice for 1-2 days trips on a 3 week trip to Japan, and that was pushing it. The diet is 100% doable, it works and will leave you happy, satisfied and always in charge. I liked the fact that the book took a intergalactic domestic discipline storyline and turned it into a loving romance. PENGUINS were awarded the prestigious "P" spot in Karen's fun book. Based on this subtitle, I was expecting a book that detailed the growth of American Industry, but while this is touched on, the book is much more of a general history of the US between 1865 and 1900.
