The heroine of the story being Thai-American and not another caucasian main character was beyond refreshing in a white washed genre. Steve Gurgevich is very approachable. A definite read for anyone who loves a good mystery filled with plot twists and surprises. Would of liked to had more detailed reminiscing but the author made some intriguing points. These books just keep getting better, and I absolutely loved the first book.
